Commercial Pest Control (Selective)

Commercial work is handled on a limited, selective basis. Scope is defined through conversation, expectations are agreed to up front, and work proceeds only when the fit is clear. This is not a standardized service menu or a fixed scheduling program.

We are licensed for general pest control, wood-destroying insects (including termites), weed control, and lawn & ornamental applications, with additional experience handling wildlife-related issues in commercial environments when appropriate.

The ideal engagement is a working partnership. We help commercial clients solve and prevent ongoing pest, rodent, mosquito, weed, and nuisance wildlife problems using a mix of practical control methods, technology-forward monitoring, and identification of conditions that contribute to recurring issues.

The focus is on defined scope, clear standards, and solutions that make operational sense — not volume-driven service or reactive, one-off fixes.

Engagement Model

Commercial work is approached as a problem–solution engagement. The goal is to understand how the site operates, where pressure actually comes from, and what standards matter to the client. Scope is defined through discussion, and expectations and boundaries are agreed to before work begins.

Clients are hiring judgment, experience, and follow-through — not a checklist or a prepackaged program. We recommend what works, explain tradeoffs, and avoid solutions that add cost without solving the problem.

Scheduling is intentional rather than automatic. Billing is straightforward and tied to the work performed, typically time and materials based on the agreed scope and site requirements.

FAQ

Do you respond to RFPs or competitive bid requests?

Generally, no. Commercial work is handled through direct conversation rather than formal bid processes. This allows scope, expectations, and constraints to be discussed clearly before any work begins.

Do you offer standardized commercial service packages?

No. Commercial services are not sold as pre-defined packages. Each engagement is scoped based on the site, the problems being addressed, and what standards matter to the client.

Can you handle repairs, exclusion work, or building modifications?

We focus on pest, rodent, mosquito, weed, and nuisance wildlife control is case by case. Structural repairs, construction work, sealing, or site modifications are typically handled by the client’s existing vendors or maintenance staff.

Do you coordinate with facilities staff or existing vendors?

Yes. We regularly work alongside facilities teams, property managers, and outside vendors to identify contributing conditions and coordinate practical solutions without overlapping responsibilities.

Is commercial service billed on a contract or per visit?

Billing is based on the agreed scope and site needs. Some services align with fixed, recurring pricing, while others are handled as time and materials. We do not sell menu-based commercial packages.
