Refund Policy
Our refund policy goal is your 100% satisfaction with our pest control services. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please call 346-279-1120 and we will be happy to discuss the situation with you. In the event that you are not happy you may qualify for a refund as outlined below.
Refunds are only available to the purchaser of the service.
The refund policy that applies is based on the service you purchased.
All refunds will be to the original method of payment. If you used a credit or debit card the refund will be issued to that card. If you paid by cash, check, or ACH/EFT/E-Check we reserve the right to mail you a check for your refund.
General Pest Control Refund Policy for Scheduled Services
For scheduled general pest control services, if there is a problem on a covered pest that comes up between our visits please give us a call. We will come back and resolve the problem at no charge to you. If we are unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction we will refund your last service upon receipt of a signed refund form and the collection of any leased equipment that belongs to GreenLight Pest Control.
Termite Control Service Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with termite control services including post-construction, pre-construction, or spot-treatment we are happy to refund the unused portion of the services. We would prefer to come out and see what the issue is to see if it’s something we can resolve together. If you have bait-stations installed as a preventative or treatment program we are happy to cancel your contract and refund your last month’s fees upon receipt of a refund form and the collection of any leased equipment. We only lease bait stations, we do not sell bait stations and we will need to come pick them up in compliance with State and Federal laws regarding the handling of pesticides.
