Residential Pest Control

Effective residential pest control is predictable and ongoing. The goal is to reduce pests around the home and keep them gone, not to promise a one-time “fix.”

We keep the process simple: assess what’s going on, treat where it makes sense, and maintain control with a plan that fits your home and needs.

What We Treat

We focus on common household pests typically handled through general residential pest control.

Ants

Most common nuisance ants are covered under general pest control. Texas has over 100 ant species, and some are more complex to control than others.

If ants are present, we identify the species first and then recommend the appropriate treatment. More complicated species, such as carpenter ants or crazy ants, may require a different approach.

We also treat other common household pests typically handled through general residential pest control:

Roaches, spiders, silverfish, crickets, and occasional invaders (seasonal pests like lady bugs).

What’s Included

Service starts with an assessment of activity and likely sources.

Interior service is provided when needed or requested.

Exterior service includes perimeter treatmentment, wasp nest removal, and spider web removal when accessible.

How the Process Works

  1. Schedule service and tell us what you’re seeing.
  2. We assess conditions, activity, and likely sources.
  3. We treat based on what makes sense for the home and season.
  4. We outline next steps and maintain control over time.

When You Might Still See Activity

Seeing some activity doesn’t automatically mean service failed. Pest pressure changes with the environment, and control is often a process.

It’s most common early in service while pressure is being brought down, during weather swings that push pests indoors, or when there are new entry points, changes to the structure, or harborage and sanitation factors that attract pests.

Add-On Services

Some problems are better handled with a focused add-on, especially when pressure is persistent.

FAQ

Will I still see bugs after treatment?

Yes — occasional activity is normal, especially early on. Ongoing pest control works by reducing pest pressure over time. Seeing fewer pests, including the occasional dead one, is a sign the service is doing its job.

Is pest control a one-time service or ongoing?

Most residential pest control is ongoing. Conditions change over time, so service is designed to maintain control rather than provide a one-time fix.

What if I notice an issue between visits?

If something comes up between scheduled visits, just let us know. We’ll take care of it as part of your ongoing service.

Do you provide commercial or emergency pest control?

Our focus is residential pest control for homeowners.

Do I need to understand how pest control works?

No. Our job is to handle the details and keep things straightforward. We’re always happy to explain what we’re doing, but the goal is service that’s easy to live with.
